The RapidAir FastPipe installation tool kit is for use with the FastPipe compressed air system. The tool kit (tool set) includes everything you need to install the FastPipe blue rigid aluminum air pipe system. Please note that you will need to purchase the correct sized kit for the size FastPipe you are installing.

• RapidAir FastPipe installation tool kit sizes (kit size based on size of FastPipe you are installing): ¾”, 1”, 1 ½”, 2” & 3”

• (2) Spanner wrenches
• Deburr tool
• Pipe cutter
• Spray bottle

FastPipe Installation Steps (see pictures above):

1. CUT PIPE TO LENGTH with tubbing cutter (cut must be square)

(DO NOT USE HACK SAW)

1. DEBURR the end of the pipe outside and inside

(a smooth edge allows easy fitting assembly and no damage to the fitting o-ring)

1. MARK END OF PIPE for the proper insertion depth

• ¾” Fittings: 2 inches
• 1” Fittings: 2 ¾ inches
• 1 ½” Fittings: 4 inches
• 2” Fittings: 4 ¾ inches
• 3” Fittings: 4 ½ inches

1. WET END OF PIPE, with very diluted soapy water

(DO NOT USE ANY OIL OR GREASE LUBRICANT)

1. LOOSEN fitting cone nut partially

LOOK INSIDE EACH FITTING FOR INNER PARTS

(inner parts, o-ring, stainless steel bite ring)

1. INSERT PIPE into fitting until pipe bottoms out

HAND TIGHTEN fitting

FULLY TIGHTEN fitting with FastPipe spanner wrenches
