To establish credit terms with Elevated Industrial Solutions, please complete and submit the attached credit application for review. All credit approvals are granted at the sole discretion of EIS and may be modified, reduced, or revoked at any time without prior notice. Approved accounts are expected to adhere to agreed payment terms, and any overdue balances may be subject to late payment charges of up to 1.5% per month (or the maximum allowed by law). EIS reserves the right to suspend services, delay shipments, or require alternate payment methods on accounts that become past due. Providing accurate and complete information will help ensure timely processing of your application and avoid delays in service.
